Leadership Training

The first step is training leaders in a number of basic skills. Research shows that companies with good leadership development practice are three times more likely to have satisfied customers and to exceed financial targets, and twelve times more likely to engage and retain a good workforce. Amongst the myriad of training available, there is no shortage of philosophies and models which can be used.

My training program is based on the science of the brain - neuroleadership. The advantage of this is that leaders can quickly take something from the training course and implement it based on their own particular preferences and way of thinking. Although training can be about change, research shows that people forget 75% of new information after only six days, and fall back into their old habits. If the benefits from training are to be sustainable for your organisation, coaching can be used to keep leaders developing their skills well beyond those six days. As a coach with over ten years experience in helping leaders from team leader to managing director, I provide personalised support, generating lasting behaviour change and skill development. Todays work environment requires resilience, flexibility and trust - especially in times of decentralised remote work. One of the best ways to support leaders in this complex environment is for them to be accompanied by a trustworthy and experienced coach.

Culture is a buzzword which many have heard, but we are not always sure how to proceed with the implementation of a cultural change. Having experience with multi-national companies of up to 2,500 employees, I can help analyse, develop and change any aspect of values and behaviours which you may require, using a combination of workshops and individual coaching. In addition to cultural coaching, my experience with living and working in the UK, Germany, Kuwait and India can provide additional benefits to you if you need intercultural coaching. Such coaching is useful in the following situations:
