I am a multicultural leader for safety-critical, process-driven and complex systems, in industries such as medical technology and aerospace My experience in this area has taught me that there is always a fine line between stability and chaos. As an interim manager, I strive to achieve a balance between all strategic, organisational, cultural and operational aspects in every company I come into contact with.

As a tribute to my roots, I use the word सामतोल (pronounced '"Samtol" in Konkani, the language of Goa, India) to represent this pursuit of balance.
